It is extremely important that pupils or trainees who book lessons or training with any other school check their instructor's qualifications.
A green ADI licence should be displayed in their windscreen, as this shows they are a qualified instructor. If a pink ADI licence is displayed the instructor is only a trainee and is using the general fee paying public to gain practice for themselves.
Qualified green ADI licence holders are then graded from one to six. One being the lowest and six being the highest. Grades one, two and three are totally unacceptable and the instructor will be under investigation by the Driving Standards Agency, the governing body of instructors. Grade four is the minimum acceptable grade by the DSA for an instructor to be giving paid tuition.
Always ask to see proof of your instructor's grade before taking lessons or training with them as some may profess to be a higher grade than they actually are. All instructors are issued with a green ADI 26CT form which clearly indicates their grade.
Royale School of Motoring only employ instructors of the highest grades, who are committed to giving quality tuition and customer care.
